Recently Viewed Bar on Product & Cart Pages

Hi,

I would like to add a "Recently Viewed" Row on the Product Page and on the Cart Page. Is there someone who can help me figure out how to do this without an app?

I am using the Craft theme

We can add the recently viewed section in cart and product page by customizing the cart and product liquid files.
