Reduce drop down padding - debut theme

Can anyone help me reduce the padding in my drop down menus? 

Also is there any way to stack the 'Launch giveaway' underneath the 'terms & conditions' heading in the t&c's???

yes please try this code

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

.site-nav__dropdown--centered { width: 420px ; margin: 0px auto; right: 0; }
