Reducing size of columns at the multicolumn section

Hello, 

i need to reduce the size of the image at the multicolumn asap. It is displayed like this in my website. I tried changing the ratio of the picture but all it did was zoom in more and the picture was as enormous as it is now. I know that i can change the image width, but if i choose small instead of medium that it is now, it displays the image so small and the container of the image is just as big. i want in general the size of the column to change. Can you help me with the coding for that?
