I have my footer with few pages but on my website, it's impossible to find it

could you please help me to activate it like this website : https://f01138-5e.myshopify.com/ ?

Do you mean cookie bar?

They added "cookieconsent". You can check document here https://www.cookieconsent.com/ to add it.

If I understand correctly, are you talking about the links that my arrow is pointing to in the image?

You will need to add this as a section in your theme editor and then add the links you wish to have as blocks.

But when i add a section, i've just Newsletter for footer and not theses links ..
