Refresh Theme black ground colour on pages,

On the refresh theme it does not let you edit the colour scheme for the back ground or the text, as example,

how can i change the back ground colour and font to suit rest of my store

Colour needs to be Black back ground colour for all pages and font colour is 1DDDD2

Also need to match this to the black colour
