Refresh Theme - Click multiple levels of menu item

In the refresh theme when you make a nav menu for the header, you can only click the deepest child in that menu, I want it so you can click the upper level collections OR click the drop down and go to the lower level ones.

 I suggest you enable the effect that if someone hovers dropdown shall open then you can add click effect on the menu. Because if user click on the menu and it will redirects them to the collection or the page is linked then how will they able to open the menu dropdown.

No I mean this feature is not available in default dawn theme it's in the paid themes. To implement that feature in your dawn theme you can take guide from youtube guides for example click here

It may help you achieve the feature you need or you can hire a developer as my self if you need to modify to your need.

The hover functionality works perfectly thank you, how much would it cost for the work to be done? All I need is for those higher level items to be clickable.
