Refresh theme - mobile version - reduce size between 2 sections

I would like to know how to reduce the size (only on mobile version) between these 2 sections (I would like to reduce it by 70%)

You can try this code by following these steps: 

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.

Step 2: Search file base.css

Step 3: Paste the below code at bottom of the file -> Save

Additionally, I think you should add a title to the collection to introduce it to customers and optimize SEO
