Refresh theme - Modify Header

Hi

I would like to change the header of this website : https://7adea5-18.myshopify.com/ 

by something like this one : https://f01138-5e.myshopify.com/ 

I would also like to change all the buttons color by something similar to french flash (blue, white, red) is that possible ?

Welcome to Shopify Community.

Did you checked the theme customization settings ? There must be settings provided to change the header layout. If not given then you need to custom code and change the layout. If you are enough good with codes then you can break the theme by changing code so I would recommend to seek help of a developer to make this layout for you at a reasonable cost.
