Removal or edit banner bottom of pages

Trying to remove newsletter banner at bottom of About Page etc. OR edit it. Can't find way to do this on Warehouse theme

I changed the site name and the blue newsletter banner on bottom of About Page, Shipping etc. has old name. So I either need to delete the banner or change the name to audiothreads
