Remove hyperlink and align button

When I add a vacuum to the cart and click on the cart there's two upsells in there. The filter and the wand. The filter is perfect the "+Add" button is aligned and there's no hyperlink in the heading. I need the uv wand upsell to be aligned like the filter and have no hyperlink. I'm currently struggling to fix it haha

@daknbiz - it shows primary upsell without link and secondary with link. it is done via coding, so need to check your code which is used for upsells... but if it is with an app then you will need to contact app developers.
