Remove line associated with social media icon in Dawn them

I’m wanting to remove the line below the Instagram icon on a splash page I’m working on. Below is a screenshot. Whenever I remove the instagram icon, the line goes away, but I need to keep the icon but remove the line. This is in the Dawn theme.

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/section-footer.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
