Remove opacity from H3 background color from collection & product pages.

I, for the life of me, cannot figure out how to remove the opacity being shown on this collection page header. In fact, none of the CSS I apply in the page builder/editor is applying to the (p) text, except for the background and font color that I set. When I attempt to change the font size, it does not apply, even with an !important call. Please help! 

Here is the CSS that I have applied to this section:
