Remove strikethrough on variant pill (Dawn theme)

I currently use dawn 2.0 (published) doesn't have a strikethrough for sold out variants. but I'm trying to switch to the new 15.2.0. The new theme has a strikethrough, how do I get rid of them?

just to give more context... I'd like them to select the variant even if sold out, and they have the option of requesting 'NOTIFY ME' when items are restocked. Thank you!

This is the admin URL, please share the preview. Also, adding a 'Notify Me' feature involves complex code, and you might need a developer for that. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks!
