Remove the "Added To Cart Banner" from Empire Theme

Our customers complain about having to constantly close the banner that pops up when you add a product to the cart.  I would prefer if it is gone completely, but it would be fine it it popped up and then automatically closes after 1 second.  Either way, I am over the customer complaints about it slowing them down.  I cannot find where I can modify that section.

What theme are you using? There's usually an option in your Theme Settings to hide/show the cart notification.
