Remove the "title" on the Image banner - Dawn Theme

Hello everybody,

I d like to remove the content/text title that comes automatically on the image banner with the "Dawn" theme. 

It takes too much space over the image on mobile layout. I couldnt see any option to hide it.

Can anyone please help me remove it? I just want the SHOP NOW button to appear. Nothing else.

Hi @fahriuslu, 

You can go to your theme editor, delete the text under the content/text and it should hide the text by leaving it blank.

Can you elaborate on it please? I couldnt find the content/text tab in my theme editor. Can you be more specific of its location? 

Where in theme editor? 

Layout? Template? Sections? etc. Sorry if I am being too amateur 🙂

Here to edit the section "image with text." Check the Shopify link.

This video below from Shopify also tells about editing the theme but look on the section name "image with text."

Hi @fahriuslu 

You can hide your image banner title by following these steps below:

• From Online Store > Theme > Customize
• In the Image Banner section click on the eye symbol beside the text section you want to hide.

I can't believe how I didn't notice that cause I had done many other similar things on my website like that lol. I guess I was in it for so long I couldnt think of looking at it from a wider perspective. That's sooo the way of life isnt it?
