Remove top margin from a text block in Fastor theme.

How do I remove this black space after the devider. I know it is margin for the bottom border but I don't know how to remove it.

The website is not live for visitors so I am not able to share the link here. but here is a picture of the inspected element

Hello. The store is currently on maintenance mode and password protected and yet it not asking the password for the non-admin visitors. i am all confused.
