Remove White Space Between Sections in Minimog

HI,

I am using minimog theme and want to know how to remove this white space between the last element and footer. (It should look like Picture 2)

The space is not vivisble at the home page but in any other page it is. When i hide the last element or footer the space is still there.

    padding-bottom: 0px !important;
}
