removing a popup by coding

we have a banner that pops up as "free delviery over $100" at the bottom and you can click x to remove it.

Shopify says its in the coding

how do I find and remove this coding?

@chloebuckhead11 if it has any class or id then we can hide it with css and it will not be visible, can you please share this page link?
