Removing Quantity Bubble on Checkout Page

We're working on the Empire Theme, and we are having an issue with the quantity bubble on the checkout page. We're hoping to either remove the quantity bubble altogether, or at least make the font of the bubble the same as the bubble, thus hiding the actual quantity count.

You mentioned that this is in the checkout, the page after the cart. If you have the Shopify Plus plan, your store is eligible to edit the checkout page. If not, then it cannot be changed.

So this still won't allow us to ONLY change the quantity bubble. It's attached to other components. Is that even possible? To change only the bubble and the integer within the bubble to either hide them or change them to be the same color?
