Removing "Shipping" Field from Specific Pages on Custom Theme

Hello all,

In reference to the attached screenshot, this product has to be shipped on ice. Since we have gotten to the warmer months, we have noticed that the product is arriving warm and unusable even with 2-day shipping. We have decided to only offer this product with next day air services, but are now unable to offer free shipping with this product. Is there a way to remove the "Shipping" field from a specific listing but still have it displayed on all other listings?
