Removing white space from HTML image section

Hi I realise this has been asked a lot... But i'm still struggling

I have imported a small banner with the html section and I'm trying to remove some of the margin space above and below it:

Changing the margins (or maybe its the padding im not sure) is easy enough in inspect element. And here are the details:

However i'm struggling to implement this into the css code. All I know is that the code should be inside the body of theme.liquid

Any help appreciated, thank you!

I was in the wrong theme file, didn't realise the right one was in assets
