Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hello!
I hope im in the correct place.
Im the owner off www.hundben.se and i just realized that my pictures on product pages are in landscape format i think, from my system camera and it looks like the attached image:
Issue is that it leave a white space top and bottom. You dont see it on the website but you see it on other places. Is there a way for me to make it fill it out without having to retake all pictures?
Very very happy for any help in this.
please refer to the screenshot from the customzer screen on product page you can change the image size and design according to your need. Do let me know if you still need help on this.
Thanks
Thanks for a prompt reply.
This is not what iam looking for. The issue is that inside the products my pictures are landscape format, and i apparently need them to be in square format. Do you know if this is possible to fix without cropping the photos?
Well this can be done via some CSS code but may be it will affect the image resolution like blur. So I suggest you to make the image's in the square form.
Hey @Lilboris
Yes, your image is landscape format. You can change image ratio to square using some tools like https://redketchup.io/image-resizer
Hello and thanks for a fast response.
Yes, you are correct. My system camera apparently takes the photos in landscape.
Do you know any way to get them to square format without removeing parts of the pictures?
Thanks!
There is no good way. Take another square photo is best way I think
