Ride Theme Collapsible Row + Image

Has anyone managed to successfully add a block with two columns - one with collapsible content and one with image like shown in the Ride theme?

Don't understand why this is not included in the Product page blocks.

This seems like you're talking about a custom section and if this type of section isn't available in your theme files, then you will have to custom code it and if you're not familiar with coding then I suggest you to hire a Shopify developer who can help you out with that.
