Robot meta tag not found in Dawn theme !

Hello everyone,

We are currently trying to change our store theme from Turbo to Dawn and we have some SEO issues.

When we run on-page seo analysis for Dawn theme, we have this report showing that "robot meta tag" not found,

In the other hand on-page seo report from Turbo theme shows no problem with this "Robot meta tag" as you can see in screenshot

Does anyone have any idea how can we fix this ?

I found <meta name="robots" content="index, follow"> in Turbo theme source code, but did not find it in Dawn's source code
