Round Price up to whole dollar and covert to points

Hello!  I am looking to add a point system to my store and next to my prices, I want to have text that shows the total points.  For example, if a products price is 9.95 and I have a 10x point multiplier, I want it to round the price up to 10, do the math so 10x10 and for it to say "100 Points" right under the price.  Can someone help me with this?  I am mainly stuck on how to get the price to round up and then do the math because I don't want to have whole dollar prices on my store.
