Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
We had 2 of us working on the site adding content (not on the same pages) on Friday and on Monday when we loaded the site back up to continue the changes the last (Friday) changes were gone.
We checked the activity log and the last recorded change was at 10:30am on that Friday then the next change was in the morning on Monday. It seems that all of Friday afternoon's changes were not in the activity log.
Shopify's help center says the 2 people can work on a sites content at the same time as long as it is not on the same pages and items (which we were not).
Would there be a reason why all of the changes made on the Friday afternoon were not there on Monday? This has happened twice now and we are a bit concerned.
Hi, @Haigh_4x4.
To confirm, are the changes being made on your store's Theme editor, or somewhere else within the Shopify admin?
In any case, our team can take a closer look at your account to investigate this matter further. We aren't able to do this via the Community Forums at this stage, but you can reach out to our support team via our help centre here. Once you've logged in to your store on our help centre, type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the 'Get Support' heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click 'Continue' to start a support request. From there, our support team can assist with your query further.

Hi there
The changes were made in the product pages. Mostly just text and image changes.
Not in the theme itself
Ah, I see. Thanks for getting back to me with that information, @Haigh_4x4.
In this case the best way to get this looked into is to contact our live support team, as mentioned. If needed, our support team can also consult with our Technical Specialists to see if they can spot anything on the backend of your store that may be causing this issue.

Faced the same problem. Changes in Store editor lost. Contacted Customer Support. After 45 mins of trying to help them understand that my changes are no where to be seen, they reverted with the answer” they can’t do anything “
