Screen turns white when I view a product.

Whenever I view a product after clicking on it takes me to a plain white screen. This is happening in desktop and mobile. Like whenever, I scroll down in mobile I can see a bit of the product, but it's like a white wall is covering most of it.

Sure the same issue, when I click to view product it turns white, nothing pops up. I can't figure out what to do.

ok I see earlier when I have checked your site, it was working fine, but I have checked it just a moment ago and I can see the issue, I he tried few things that I can try from frontend, but it seems the issue is from backend theme code, and we need to troubleshoot the code to solve this, Without looking into the theme files I will unable to provide you any solution as it is causing from the backend code of the theme.

 

To look into the code files I will need the access of your theme.

I see, I figured it was something with the backend. How do I go about providing you access to the theme?

Hi @psain023 There are two ways to do this whichever will be suitable to you please follow that,

  1. You can provide the access of on my email or
  2. You can provide the shopify store URL(your store name/URL.myshopify.com) so that I can send you the Collaborator access.

Also can we move this conversation from here to Whatsapp or email or private message is shopify, whichever is good for you.

I checked your store website, and also don't have to enter a password to access it. Looks like you've fixed the problem, right?

The product image when displayed will take a few seconds to load the initial image data on the white background frame. Subsequent image loads will be much faster and everything works normally.

If you don't want it after clicking on it takes you to a different page, you can customize the theme following my guide : 

Step 1: Sale channel => Online store => Themes => Customize:

Step 2:  Product information, change the section "Image room" from "Open light box" to " Click and hover" or " No zoom".

Step 3: Save and reload pages.

=>> Result: That way, when you click on the product image, it won't take you to another page (open lightbox).

I temporarily reverted to the Dawn theme to write a blog post. However, I encountered the issues with the Prestige 7.3.3 theme. I've since republished the Prestige theme on my page. Could you assist me in resolving these issues?
