Scroll-snap-stop effect on collection

Hi, 

I'm trying to add a scrolling effect like the one on the Tesla site to my collection page, but i can't figure out where to put the code and how to fit it properly.

I'd like products to be centered when scrolling vertically, especially on mobile.
