Scrollable / Sticky Sections - Horizon Theme

Is this type of sticky horizontal section scrolling possible in the Horizon theme settings at all or by implementing some code?

I am not interested in the horizontal scrolling that you see in the first top section of the page, but I would like to achieve the vertical sticky section scrolling functionality that happens as you 'scroll' further down the page. Each numbered section scrolls up over the other.

You will see that sections below the horizontal scrolling area, on the home page, are numbered 1, 2, 3, etc. and as you scroll up, they scroll over top of one another. This functionality is for desktop view only. On mobile, everything just scrolls simply as usual.

Does anyone have some code they would be willing to share here to achieve this in the horizon theme?

Hi, thanks for your comment. It's my first time using Shopify and I'm creating my first (for me) artist site.
I'd like to have this functionality only apply to specific pages that use a project page template. Knowing me, every project page is going to vary slightly so the actual page template name will not be project. But, every project page will have a "Project Subtitle" section (I've given the sections names in the Shopify Page Editor as seen below in the image:

Sections below the "Project Overview" section, could change depending on the project, so named sections beyond that are going to be differently likely on every project page.

I know it's very likely a huge ask, but is there any kind of simple way to do this? I'm using Horizon theme (Atelier Version) which I've adapted so far to suit my aesthetic but from what I understand so far, it's all Horizon based just styled slightly differently. I don't know anything about Javascript lol...CSS is about as far as I dare to venture in Shopify at the moment (also because I am trying to just keep it simple for myself for future updates).
