Second announcement bar too big

When put a second announcement bar under my header, it covers the whole body. How can I fix this?

Hi @usernameunkno21, 

Step 1: Go to Shopify Admin -> Online Store ->Theme -> Edit code

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Insert this code above </head> tag:

<style>
.utility-bar--bottom-border {
   height: 38px !important;
}
</style>
