seeking video/graphic forward single product focused themes

Hi!  we are building a new single product site for a futuristic mobility product.

we like the layout of this shopify site https://shiftrobotics.io  we like the seamless full video/photography coverage of the home page. 

is it based on an off-the-shelf theme or it's fully custom-built from the ground up?

are there ready made video/photograph-centric themes that would allow a clean look similar to the above site?
