@mrashid Just check <h1> tag in the each and every page of your site and if heading tag is not found then just implement <h1> tag your issues will be fixed.

@mrashid As per the SEO practice you must have H1 tag on each and every page and practice to add your primary and secondary keywords on heading tag to increase your results in search engine. but you don't need to follow these types of tools to identify issues because you can see in your screenshot quick, shop, view it is not the keywords so that type of tools are worked on fixed algorithm so I suggest to identify your issues with your own research or hire SEO expert so you will ahead from the competitors.
