Sessions by landing page Report

The Sessions by landing page report was working perfectly fine, and I could filter the page I needed to look at and add columns as needed.

Now there is no option to add a filter I can see some fancy code editor which I don't need or have time to learn. 

I want to know why Shopify changes features that work perfectly fine and then replaces them with something more complicated.

Shopify periodically updates features to improve flexibility and long-term usability. While the new "code editor" may seem unnecessary, it allows advanced users customize reports in more detailed and specific ways. They can add, remove, or adjust the data exactly how they want, which wasn’t possible with the simpler filters.

If filtering and adding columns are critical for your reports, I recommend exploring Shopify's available apps or reaching out to their support for possible alternatives. They may also consider reintroducing simpler filters based on community feedback
