Setting different header/footer menus by page using Impulse Theme

I want to be able to set a different navigation menu dependent on the page template. It seems the header and footer sections are currently global which means every page has to be the same

Welcome to Shopify Community.

This is possible and it can be via meta field or by creating settings. Thus it needs to be hard coded in the theme.

In my store Edmodecor.com I have the newsletter registration form in the footer. I am also creating a newsletter subscription page so I can share the URL on social media.
But this page must have a specific footer without the newsletter form.
