Shella Theme - Footer cuts off the newsletter part - does anyone know how to fix this please? :)

Good Evening, 

I have noticed on my site that when scrolling down to the bottom, the footer cuts off the top of the newsletter subscription part as per the screenshot below. Even when you scroll up, it still doesn't show. 

Please could anyone advise on how I fix this?

can you please try this code

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.min.css->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
