Hi, @broadex.
Thank you for your message, I would be happy to provide you with some feedback for your shop. My first thought when viewing your shop is, it looks fantastic! However, the homepage specifically does look a bit busy. For example, you have your homepage image with your "Shop now" button, then you can scroll down to see quite a few other featured collections/products. I would suggest streamlining your homepage slightly to ensure your customers are not overwhelmed when visiting the shop. I recommend checking out our fantastic homepage design article. It walks through what you should include on your homepage and important questions you should ask yourself about your homepage, such as:
It also looks like your logo is slightly blurry, or a lower resolution. If I am not mistaken, I believe you are using a third-party theme? If so, I would recommend reaching out to your theme's developer to inquire about the recommended resolution/aspect ratio for logos on their theme. If you are using a Shopify theme, you can always reference our Uploading images guide for more information.
Moving on, I couldn't find any links to your social media accounts on your shop, am I missing them? If you have not added them, I would consider linking your Facebook and Instagram pages for your business to your Shopify store. If you link your Facebook and Instagram accounts to your Shopify account you can, your Shopify products automatically sync to Facebook and Instagram so you can easily create ads and shoppable posts. You can also use Shopify to create, track, and manage your ad campaigns and orders with Facebook. We have guides for setting up Facebook and Instagram if you are curious about looking into this further.
I would also recommend adding an "About us" area to your shop, you can use it to tell the story of your business/brand to your customers and help them connect to your brand. Having an about page will also help build customer trust and retention. We have some documentation for writing an effective about page here if you wanted to check it out!
Lastly, you could consider adding an announcement banner to your homepage. Adding a banner can inform customers about important information regarding your shop, like sales or promotions you have occurring. If you are using a Shopify theme, you may already have this feature available to you in your theme, feel free to check out our guide here for a walkthrough on how to check this. If you are using a third-party theme, you could always add a free banner app, like:
- All Announcement Bars and Banners
- Bannerfly
Overall, you have a really great-looking website with some awesome products, I would be really proud of what you created here. That said, I would also love to hear more about what sort of marketing and promotion techniques you will be implementing to start bringing traffic into your shop?
I hope some of this feedback helps you out moving forward, please do not hesitate to reach back out here with any further questions!
