Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
When the product images are clicked to zoom, they all go full screen, even when the actual image is much smaller. So they are all blurry. I don't want my images zoomed out beyond their actual dimensions. There have been many questions about this problem and all are marked solved. But when I go to the OPs websites, and click on a product image, it is zoomed all the way out to full page, and is usually very blurry. So the problem is NOT solved. Every product image I have seen in any 2.0 theme has zoomed-out, blurry images (unless the actual image is very large.)
What is the solution? How to set product images to zoom out to actual size when clicked? Not to a full screen pre-set size that is larger than the actual image?
Thanks.

OK the cool image magnifier was a nice app, but did not change the huge size of the actual image URL that Shopify was making available to image thieves and scraping software.
But this video did! He gives you the code to eliminate clickable Zoom.
Thanks so much to
You must also change your Product Page settings for the "Desktop media size" to Small. Once you do that, the actual image on the URL that Shopify creates will be the actual size of your photo. I don't know why it works this way, but it does.
Can anyone provide the code that will set the product images to zoom out to ONLY their actual size, and not be stretched out to fill the entire screen?
