Shopify contact form add a field button optional

Hey, how can I add an extra field to the contact form as an optional option? So that the customer can decide by himself if he wanna add an extra field or not, for example with a little "plus" button. Watch my pic maybe you understand what I mean.

I need that because my customers wanna send me product inquiries with the Product ID & EAN Code. So that they can insert that in the extra fields as much as they want.
