Shopify don't show Abandoned Cart

Hello, my shopify store don't show the abandoned cart.

In the analytics section I can see I have over 40 abandoned cart, but in the abandoned cart section there are none...

has this ever happened to some of you?

If your Shopify store's "Abandoned Checkouts" section is empty but analytics shows abandoned carts, it may be due to the following reasons:

1. Customer Information: Shopify only records abandoned checkouts if the customer enters their email or phone at checkout.
2. Partial Cart Data: Analytics might track cart activity without checkout information.
3. Time Delay: Abandoned carts take some time to appear in the "Abandoned Checkouts" section.

Ensure that your abandoned checkout notifications are enabled under Settings > Notifications. If the issue persists, contact Shopify Support.
