Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
I recently added a form using the Shopify Forms app. and it added a ton of spacing in the section for Desktop. Mobile looks OK.
I inspected the page and noticed that the form or section is being wrapped in some kind of auto-generated container. I tried reducing padding in the section settings, but that didn’t help either.
Is there a way to control alignment or spacing for Shopify Forms without editing the app code?
Has anyone figured out how to reduce the extra space?
Should I use a different form app if this can’t be fixed?
Would love any tips, especially from others using Shopify Forms with custom themes. Thanks in advance!
Follow this recipe, just use different rules:
Thank you. Where does the CSS go?
No. Maybe it's because I have a complicated theme? It's called Concept and it has several css files. I did put it in theme.css though.
