Shopify Theme Customization Component in Polaris?

Does the Polaris have component like the above theme customization?

I found a similar one https://polaris.shopify.com/components/structure/frame#navigation, Is the above one is customized or done using frame component?

The theme customizer area of Shopify is different from the Polaris component. 

The above screenshot is using Shopify theme customization.
