SHOPIFY THEME WILL NOT LOAD

Hello. Is anyone else having issues with their Shopify???? My online store and themes will NOT load. It has beendoing this for the past couple of days!!!!! I am getting sooooo annoyed and aggravated and upset with this. When I click on it, it stalls for a LONG time followed by error a message (see below).

There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our status page for updates and try again later.

This is Ren from the Shopify support team, thanks so much for reaching out about this.

There is a small noted issue with some stores trying to access their admin via Edge or Internet Explorer browsers, a fix is on the way but in the meantime, can I get you to attempt to access your admin via a different browser and see if that does the trick?

Are you still experiencing the same issue? What browser are you working with? If it's Edge or Microsoft Explorer, can I get you to try on Chrome or Firefox as a first troubleshooting step?

I am having trouble opening my theme, it looks from the green line it is 99% loaded and never opens to be edited?

I am using chrome

Does the issue persist across all browsers? Mobile too? Are you working with a Shopify theme or one that is created by a third-party developer?

I am having the same issue. I thought it was something I was doing.  Please address the issue so it can be resolved quickly

Hello, my Shopify store will not load from one click. It takes me entering the website twice to work. Also this applies to the links within the website as well. I have cleared my caches and it still doesnt work. Please help. My store is www.conniehealthco.com

If not, can you verify the browser you're working with? Have you tried across multiple browsers and systems? On your phone? Does the issue persist? What do you initially see on the first click?

I am still having problems accessing the 'Themes' page to edit/customise my site. States 'problem loading this page' every time.

I have tried various different internet explorers and still same problem.

@Kevin Look at www.shopifystatus.com page and see if you have an active issue. Something is wrong with accessing the admin page and the themes page right now regardless of which browser you try.  They are working on it.
