how can i customize the text on the note box on the right side?

I want to change the "Order Instruction.. etc etc"

@marketingapt1b - please open cart page in customize settings and check , else you can go to Shopify Admin -> Online Store ->Theme -> Edit default content and go to cart tab to search this text and change it.
