Shorten filter options in Supply Theme i.e. show more button

As you can see the filters are ridiculously long, I wouldn't mind if more products were shown but with the current setup they extend the page down way too far.

Is there a way to shorten the lists so only 5 options are shown with a show more button for example to show the full list if the customer wants to see it. 

Alternatively, is there a way to move the page number selector so its below the products.
