show original price and discounted price on a product automatically when running a discount!

I will like to show both the original price and discounted price, on a product when running a discount! So, If I create a discount of 10% for all my t-**bleep**s, I want the product to show both prices AUTOMATICALLY when I created the discount without me having to go to each product, each t-shirt, each color, and each size, nor having to edit in bulk from products. I hate it. 

I just want to be able apply such discount and it will automatically show both prices on the product, independantly of size, color, etc. NOT AN APP. 

I want to add the coding! 

Anyone knows how to to do so??? thanks in advance.

Hi @Fabby-makeart,

This is possible. You can follow these steps:

- 1: You need to identify the products that need to be discounted. It can be distinguished through tags, metafields, product or collection names,...

- 2: If you are using Dawn theme, you need to add condition and change display in price.liquid file.

@Fabby-makeart I literally said the same thing out loud: "I don’t want to touch 47 sizes of one product ever again."

Tried a few Liquid tweaks — none worked right, especially with auto discounts. So I found this workaround: a lightweight app that auto-shows original + discounted price everywhere without touching variants or changing compare-at prices manually.

It’s called Adsgun (https://apps.shopify.com/adsgun). Just set the discount and you’re done.

If someone cracks a pure-code solution, I’d love to see it too — but this one spared me a lot of headaches.
