'Show separator line: OFF' in header isn't working on all devices

Greetings, community. My site is using Dawn 15.0.0. In the header, I have set "Show separator line" to OFF. As expected, the line does not appear when viewed on desktop or mobile. However, it still appears on tablet. Any ideas how to use code to prevent the header's separator line across all devices?
