Show Shipping & Returns Preview on Product Description Page Accordion

Hi,

We're trying to add something similar to what is shown on the following websites to our PDP, but having some challenges figuring out how this was created on their PDPs.

We were able to figure out how to link metafields to other accordion sections, but this one we find harder to figure out. Any advice on how this can be achieved?
