Showcase theme (2.0). Change message on order confirmation page

Dear community,

I  am setting up my store for launch and need to change the wording on the order confirmation page where it states 'Deine Bestellung wurde bestätigt' (Order confirmed). I am aware that to change checkout.liquid a Shopify Pro subscription is needed. But as this is the only sentence I need to change, maybe someone knows a workaround? Possibly by means of an additional script on the checkout page?

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated 🙂

Greetings, you can change the text on this page in the language settings. 

Go to Online store -> Themes -> Actions -> Edit languages 

Then use the search
