Showing a product if select buttons were pressed

I think this might be mostly a js question rather than liquid but here goes.

I would like to create a special tab on our website where we ask the customer about their hairstyle, type of hair, and other specifics through radio buttons or something of the sort. I would like to create those buttons and something along the lines of if customer chose option 1, second option 2, third option 3, then return this product. 

Any guides or documentation that i could use to help me do that? how would i return the product?
