Showing the Discount Offers

Hello! My name is Ana, I'm the owner of the store Chic Glamorous, I'm having a hard time adding a section that shows the discount offer between the image banner and the menus at the top of the home page. If you look at my website, chicglamorous.com, you can see the menus below the site's title and the images below the menus. Well, I would like to put the discount offer between those sections, so how do I do it? I was looking at New York and Company's website for inspiration and they have it exactly like that, so how do I do it? Any help will be appreciated, thank you!

Actually I was asking for that new york and company website reference url to see how you need that section in terms of look and feel

Can you not make sections from the customizer and include all texts and stuffs you need on that section and then drag it at the very top of the home page so above the image banner. 

What is the exact problem you are facing? I mean these sections on the reference site are text and buttons except I see that the entire section is clickable linking to a collection page.

I did that, I added a few image banners to the theme and it worked, I was able to announce the discounts and also announce some specific types of clothing for women, so thank you for that1

Please go to Customize > Template > Add section > Image banner.
